Today I visited the store to get a new battery for my Outlander, I was served by a lovely gentleman Sylvester O, his customer service was exceptional. He was more than happy to install my new battery and check my car over, even right before knockoff. Cannot recommend Winnellie Outback Batteries enough. Will not shop anywhere else. Thanks team.

I had a new deep cycle AGM 210AH battery fitted. My old battery was really tricky to get to, nothing was an issue for Sylvester and Brian. Exceptional service! Very glad I chose this place. Thanks guys :

I have used Outback Batteries for years in Alice Springs but I have never been treated so rudely as I was by you guys.You could do well to learn from Alice's Store.   How dare you presume that I don`t know my own car and that i don`t know what it does when it need 2 new batteries. I come to you to get batteries and get a lecture on the system it runs on auguring that I`m wrong in what I`m stating and then being asked very abruptly do I want batteries or not. One wonders does this person  speak to others in this manner when he is wrong and it gives me great pleasure to point out that you were wrong about the system as the guys who fitted my batteries elsewhere knew what they were doing no questions no auguring just very Good customer service. Never Again will I use Outback Batteries

We‘re on a world trip from Germany to New Zealand and since we took off last year we had issues with our engine battery, several breakdowns. Steve from Outback Batteries at the Yarrawonga branch in Darwin was the first guy ever to ask the right questions to figure out what actually caused all the issues and led to the breakdowns. So if you’re not only looking for a broad selection of batteries at fair prices, but also for a decent consultation on whatever issue you got with your previous batteries, talk to Steve! Highly recommended!

Best battery shop. Very good customer service, bought a deep cycle battery and mentioned I needed a car one in a fortnight time as my current one was dead, loaned me a battery until I come back to buy a new one...highly recommend.

Very poor service,  would not honour a warranty. Battery died 18 months in from a 24 month warranty. Coolalinga store refused to honor the warranty or offer a deal on a replacement.  Won't be buying any more batteries there.

Excellent service.  Very personal touch.  Didn't just sell us stuff, installation as well

Had a new Solar panel fitted to my campervan in July this year. Everything was great until I hit Coffs Harbour the end of August. The first rain it leaked like a sieve, nothing was sealed, no silicone anywhere. Very disappointed. Would not recommend

Outstanding service and didn't make me feel like an incompetent female with solar advice for the van. Bent over backwards to accomadate. Well done you are doing everything right!

Fixed dual battery wiring to my canopy on the spot. Excellent service. Highly reccomend
