Had lunch here with my wife and two young kids. The service was good and there was a good range on the menu. My wife did mention that the frittata seemed warm on the inside and cold on the outside as if it had been microwaved and I ordered the chicken schnitzel burger but it was just chicken rather than coated with breadcrumbs.
Underwhelming. It looks nice, but the service is terrible! Three bored waitresses ignored us until we finally managed to get one to take our order. The coffee was weak and milky. If that is not bad enough, the toilet was dirty! Next time we are in sandringham, we’ll look elsewhere !
Delicious coffee, average service from the blokes behind the jump, but friendly service with eye contact from the young woman working the floor. Bit more friendly enthusiasm needed fellas, gives customers a reason to recommend to others.
This cafe is a regular stop for a post workout coffee. Nice atmosphere and relaxed staff here ... just what i need at 7 am. Coffee is consistently good and croissants are spot on.
Tasty food - old favourites with a modern twist - and good staff made this a 5-star breakfast. Came here with my family and our baby and enjoyed the pulled-pork, the smoked salmon and pancakes and each was delicious. The nori on the salmon divided the table a bit but I thought it was a great touch. Try to get a seat outside in the sun on a pleasant day.
Completely disappointed. Food was bland and service was awkward. We ordered the sauteed greens which should have been called greasy greens and scrambled eggs on toast - lacking flavour that extra seasoning didn't make up for. The only saving grace was their chai tea which was above average. Advice: don't bother.
Great coffee and good, but not great food at very reasonable prices for the area, not to mention friendly service. Lamb baguette with a side salad for $12 is very reasonable, with a generous amount of tender slow cooked lamb, though the sauce was a little overpowering. There wouldn’t be many other cafes in Sandringham where you could get a large coffee and lunch for $17.
Food is ok, coffee is pretty good, however, service is extremely slow. Waited around 10 minutes to actually be served and there was hardly any other people inside. There were more staff than customers and I was surprised as this is not the first time the service lacks here.
Slow and indifferent service. Waited over ten minutes to be even asked what I'd like. Coffee was reasonable, but served far too hot. Would not go back. Almost walked out and no-one would have noticed at 09.00am in the morning. The place was not busy.
Quick Service staff & Coffee beautiful . I did went to coffee every day. Lovely staff serve. Staff know me as well . I have been there 4 years wonderful staff.
