One of worst service today i got from the girl on 19 april at 2:15am . She even don’t how to make a subway. She putt all the stuff in hurry and in the last when i said to cut the bread her replied its messie. I ate the subway from the last 5 month from this subway but i not happy with the service from that girl, also she waste my 10 minutes to give the payment. She switched all the screen.
The gentleman who made my coffee every morning did an amazing job and served the coffee with a smile.
The toilets were the most filthy I have ever encountered in my life and I’m including concert toilets or porta loos. It looked like they had not been cleaned for a very long time. It needs a deep clean. Was going to stop for coffee but after seeing that standard decided against and got antibacterial wipes and left.
Ordered a wrap, great service, nice guy serving. I ordered coffee . I went & sat in dining area. I waited for a while and went to check where my coffee was. The red hair ‍ girl seemed more caught up in her personal life than customer service. As soon as I asked her where my coffee was she was too busy in her work than help. She asked me to go down to coffee area where manager said he had called my name 10 mins ago & left my coffee there. He expected me to take it, I told him I wanted a fresh one. He was defensive & argumentative, took no responsibility, expected me to know how you run this store, telling me all your rules like I was supposed to know them! No customer service skills, NONE. Sorry to give a one star however I thought the manager was way out of order, the one star is for him. Would be a good idea to have a mike & speaker so customers in your dining area can hear when you call the name, not difficult to do. I received your reply, you give a link for Contact Us. I went to the page. The page does not allow me to fill in my details. Very frustrating again!!
The people you employ here work so hard to keep up with the absolutely ridiculous and borderline criminal conditions you make them work under. My coffee was more than ten minutes late because you only had one poor bloke trying to work between the service station and subway. Absolutely ridiculous. Hire more staff and pay them a fair wage.
Please ask your staff to stop judging people I went to get buritto traveller pie, but before i could order that the one of the staff asked me are you an uber eat driver? I hope you will teach your staff.
Toilets absolutely disgusting, raised this concern with Sean. He was unwilling to be shown the issue even when I asked him if I could show him what I was talking about. Absolute disgrace. Both service and facilities.
It is just like any other OTR. This one has a car wash and it cleans better than the one at Victor Harbor.
I use this car wash every weekend because it's the closest by nearly 10min. If there was another option I would use it. Last weekend no soap in the brush, this weekend no soap or wax in the pressure cleaner. When it is working properly it still doesn't compete with others I have been to. Finally. You have no idea on time as the displays are all broken. It would only be a small cost to fix... rant over. It's pissed me off happing 3 weekend in a row
The bad: 1. Very short timer on manual coin wash, so manual wash turns out expensive. 2. Can't tell how much time is left, lcd display showing hieroglyphics instead of time remaining. The good: 1.As its it's a petrol station there are squeegees, water and paper towels available to finish washing/drying the car. 2.Also some parking spaces out of the way of the carwashes & pumps to do it in.
