The service here is AMAZING!!! I went in to enrol this morning and the receptionists were so lovely. They let me know I have to wait for medical notes to be transferred over which is understandable so I left but then I decided to call later just to see if I could possibly get a casual appointment in the mean time which the lady on the phone made it so easy for me and I was seen by a doctor fast! Dr. Armin was super informative and caring. Nothing seemed like a hassle for any of the staff even though they were so busy. I have never experienced such great service at any other medical centre before - big ups to Ōtaki Medical Centre!!! You have just totally made my whole week :-

each time I'm here I run into the bathrooms to grab free condoms! waiting room pretty boring, they don't play anything good on TV!n- 1 star for the dead fish in the fish tank though. : R.I.P lil bro.

My poor unwell relative was fobbed off and made to feel crazy for months. She knew something wasn't right with her and the incompetent uncaring staff here made her feel crazy. It wasn't until being admitted to hospital it was found she was full of cancer and blood clots. They have cost us valuable time and now the prognosis is grim.

Admin staff joking about patients behind desk was incredibly rude. Admin show anger when you cancel I understand the frustration but it’s unprofessional.nIf you want to pay for a doctor to give you phone numbers and refer you elsewhere instead of trying to resolve the issue then this medical centre is for you. Just a money hungry establishment.
