Story

Orto Trading Co. is located in Surry Hills, just a short stroll from busy Crown Street. It offers classic comfort food, serving contemporary Modern Australian cuisine. Orto, being Italian for ''a vegetable garden'', the theme runs throughout the bistro. You’ll find wheelbarrows, potted herbs, and a recycled vintage soda bottle installation.

Decent service with polite staff. Food was alright. Didn't feel there was anything which stands out. Prices were acceptable. If this was a local would not mind coming back again however just a bit too far to make the trek.

i love this brunch place, sitting on a quite neighbourhood road.  Service 5 star and food tastes amazing. would go back.

Friendly waitress gave impression to do good customer service to us. We had corn fritters and bolognese pasta, which were so tasty. It was a awesome with peaceful vibe and breeze. Wanna try other dishes one day :

Loved the colourful and tasty spread here, their Southern Fried Chicken Eggs Benedict is amazing. Their also have a spacious outdoor dining courtyard - perfect spot to spend the morning
