Samantha is a great chef!! Food was amazingly fresh and tasty. The restaurant was quiet that night but I'm sure that in a few weeks it will be always booked out. Loved it and we will definitely come back.

Hoost made me eat dishes I had never tried before and loved them all. Tempura bone marrow is awesome, and the desert with fingerlime was absolutely exquisite. Also the price is very reasonable and the service is fast and very friendly. My best restaurant experience in Sydney, would definitely recommend it!

Excellent fusion menu and great quality food. Great restaurant with friendly staff and great service. Had my birthday here and absolutely loved it. If you are looking for something different this is the place to go!
