Whenever we have guests from overseas visit us, we will always take them to Cha Cha Char, the service is always top-notch, they have never dropped the ball once. Steak is cooked to perfection every time and the atmosphere is truly amazing. Highly recommended.
Lovely venue, delicious food, friendly staff, and the Espresso Martini was 10/10 too! There were no faults. Would definitely return. Thank you for making it a special birthday.
Awesome customer service. Good food not great...nothi g unique or special and can find it elsewhere at a more affordable price. You pay for the view and the service. Honest.
Very rude service and average food. Went there for my birthday night but was disappointed. No introduction of the steak and no free special birthday plate. Staff there are pretty self-pretentious and arrogant. Over priced. Will NEVER come back or recommend this place to anyone

Had a time at Cha Cha Char. Our waitress was very nice and helpful in choosing the right temperature for the wagyu rump cap. The meat was stunning, the perfect sear all the way, cooked exactly as asked, a rich beefy flavor, and so tender. Definitely worth the price.
Our waitress was lovely, steak and pork cutlet was amazing.
Great food and service. This place consistently have high level.
