I would give 0 stars if I could. I ordered take away from here a few months back when there was a festival in Oakleigh and the meat was dry, flavourless and burnt. I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt as they were busy from morning to evening due to the festival and it was easy to drop the ball. Last night I thought I’d try them again. I ordered take away meat for dinner which cost me over $100. I walked in to pick up the food and it wasn’t overly busy so I thought surely they can’t stuff the meat up again as they have more time to focus. The meat again was burnt, very salty, dry and disgusting. We had to get some herbs out of the pantry to flavour the food ourselves to give it some sort of taste. The pita bread was dry and flavourless and the salads were watery and bland. Now reading the other reviews who had similar experiences I can understand why I was so annoyed last night. I will never spend another dollar at Orexi again. STAY AWAY!

Not bad, meat was a bit too fatty, but otherwise good. Good table service.

My friend and I were grabbing lunch and we were wondering if they had falafel platter as we wanted to share a plate. The waitress said they do have it however when the food came it was only an open souvlaki. I mentioned this to the waitress as the portion size was too small for two people to share. She said something along the line of "oh yeah we don't have falafel platter". Not even a sorry and then proceed to ask if we wanted to order extra falafels. Food was acceptable, falafels were mushy but herby. Unlikely to go back

I use to Orexi all the time. Since they went bigger, the quality of the food has dropped. My final and last visit last week, I wanted to through the food back at them. It was terrible. The meet had a funny smell to it, and the chips very very bland. The salad would of been nice for a rabbit. We all use to go regulary to Orexi, but the whole table of 10 greed that non of us will be back. Goodbye Orexi, you were better when you were smaller. Staff need to smile and be happy that they have a job. Not forced to be there.
