Worst McDonald burger ever..customer service was great BUT they made terrible! We ordered big mac, new feisty chicken burger, two kids happy meals…. It’s not cheap anymore so can you put a bit more effort to make burger looks better and taste better???
Terrible experience at this store today. Went in to pick up my order and I could hear the manager rudely talking to his own staff. When I asked how long my order would be as I had already waited over 15 mins, the overweight male manager said he has other orders to worry about and my order will be ready when it’s ready. To make matters worse, when I got home I discovered they forgot to pack a cheeseburger. Do not recommend this store.
Do not order through delivery. I gave them 3 chances and each time I was thoroughly disappointed. My orders either had the request for modification ignore or they gave me wrong item or downsized my item or cut corner completely throw me a bunch of hand-torn lettuce and called it my salad.nnOr at least, do not order through Doordash, their compensation is akin to a gut punch to your hungry stomach.
I went tonight around 8pm through drive thru and the young girl was extremely rude. She told me to go in the waiting bay because the chips weren’t ready I didn’t have a problem with that I can wait, when I asked her if my nuggets were ready so I can give them to my children who were hungry she said “they are” I said “ok can I have them while we wait please as they are hungry” she said no. Some guy asked “what’s wrong” she went and Is like “oh she wants her nuggets now” in a sarcastic tone. He must’ve said to give them to me she came back with my nuggets and gave me the biggest greasy like I was asking for $2000 or something and threw them at me. What kind of service is that. I wasn’t rude or anything I was polite. Someone needs to teach those kids manners and people skills.
There were nasty burnt bits on my hamburger patty, overall would not recommend
