I placed an order on their website tonight and received a confirmation email, confirming delivery at 8.05pm. 
When I  called the restaurant at 8.17pm after waiting an hour since I ordered I was informed they were not doing delivery tonight. That they don't manage the website and it must have been a fault. Since they have taken my money for the meal I said i didn't care and they would have to sort that out as the faulty website is not my problem but there's. 
The manager hung up on me when I was trying to get the head office phone number, he didn't have any of my actual details as all the website takes is your credit card details and an email. 
I also asked for a refund which the manager said he coudlnt do and he would need to get his boss to call me. 
So not only do I not have the food I paid for but I have to fight to get my money back. 
I will be taking this further and speaking to the ombudsmen who can deal with this complaint. 
The manager was rude and not apologetic at all. He said I could come and collect the meal and he would refund the delivery fee like he was doing something good (Since it's not being delivered that's not really a good deed). 
It would have been nice if they had offered a discount off the meal for the inconvenience since it was their companies error if I had gone to pick it up.

I suggest to all dont go there , Way Overpriced average food , You can get a better meal cheaper at KFC. La pochetta isnt like it used to be. I will never step foot there ever again.

Attempted to give the owner some constructive feedback regarding our meal, as none of our food had any flavour or seasoning, very oily, and the calzone was very bready with a few pumpkin cubes inside. Overall a disappointing meal. The owner got very defensive and very rude. We found his attitude towards some friendly feedback quite disturbing. Quoting him as "I have to feed the masses" however, for the price we paid, I would have hoped we wouldn't be referred to as the masses, but rather valuable customers.

Would not recommend at all.

This place has definitely changed and the food,  including Pizza is just not as good as it use to be,  so will not bother returning to this particular family restaurant!  Also they make the worst milkshake I've ever had, and don't complain as you are the one who is wrong!
