Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff were so welcoming, kind and knowledgeable. I had an excellent coffee and treat which made my stay extra special. My colour was perfect, exactly what I asked for. Tom was an incredible cutter, his suggestions were perfect and I instantly trusted I was in the right hands. The peppermint tea on arrival was so lovely and the massage chair and scalp massage I had as a new customer was divine. Everyone at the salon seemed so positive and like they were really dedicated to providing an exceptional experience. I was absolutely blown away by my experience and am so glad I found you! The whole thing felt so intentional, I loved it. Your hard work and extra special service is appreciated!
I booked in services with Veronika and Tom and they looked after me so well. It was my first time trying Orb hair and beauty and I was naturally anxious about whether it would live up to all the hype. Veronika was very gentle with my hair and her head massage put me in a trance - so relaxing. Tom on the other hand understood what I wanted even though I went in with a couple of ideas about what kind of haircut I wanted - he was patient, listened and provided a great mesh of what I had described to him. He took his time which was great and he was precise with literally every strand of hair. I felt truly looked after and cannot thank them enough for such a wonderful experience! Great team and vibe! My previous hairstylist left Australia so I was on a hunt for a new hairdresser. I was a bit nervous because I didn’t want to have a bad experience and worse, bad haircut. I got very lucky with Orb. The vibe is great and the staff are super friendly and attentive. Tom listened to what I wanted and took everything into consideration. I recently had a High Lift Tont done at Orb by the wonderful Tom, this was my first time visiting the salon and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Tom did an amazing job with the colour and the cut The whole team were welcoming and professional throughout the process too!
