I had an amazing afternoon at this spa, the massage, wrap, steam and sauna room was just what I needed.....It's just a lovely place with nice people!  Only suggestion is the tea area....way too complicated so I missed out on having a lovely herbal tea.  Overall, relaxing and friendly.

I came in at the start of October for a massage with my partner we both had an hour an a half worth of treatment. I asked for a relaxation massage which to me being a beauty therapist myself means slow effleurage movements relaxing, superficial and asked for soft pressure. She ended up using her elbows behind my knee's with hard pressure and draining movements away from the heart which resulted in waking up with excruciating pain and to this day is still swollen, painful A month later and have had to see the doctor numerous times and a vascular specialist as now i have veins popping up all over my legs. I have tried multiple times via email and phone to get in contact with them and have been blatantly ignored. Leaving this review so no one else goes through what i am going through. The lack of client care/ well being and blatant disregard for professionalism is a huge disappointment.

My husband purchased a massage for me as a gift. I liked the facility, staff and set up of the business. Even though I was told it was meant to be deep tissue massage, I had too far from it. Based on my experience, I would clasify it as relaxing type. I enjoyed it but knew I would not go back. What the disappointment afterwards though!!! Next day I had a light pain in area of my right shoulder blade that I did not pay attention to until it lasted one week...and the pain was becoming worse. I ended up with seeing physiotherapist, GP on numerous occasions, get X-ray and ultrasound done. That was not all though! I asked for a proper receipt to be able to claim cost through my private health fund. A young therapist who treated me was not registered provider as a result I was unable to get any refund processed. This is very unprofessional as my husband had mentioned prior making a payment that I might have liked to ask after proper receipt for claim. I personally am not going there and would not even recommend it!

Great location and very nice staff. would highly recommend if you need to unwind and relax.

Nice relaxing place.  I was expecting a bit more relaxing room environment
