Worst food and service in Canberra. Will never return to a 20 dollars meal that included a bowl of uncooked chips and 5 pieces of calamari that were missing the calamari meat inside..so just fried batter. Staff was rude and one of them started shouting at me saying that its not her fault which I never implied . No refund or alternative option was offered. Will never return and I will make sure none of my colleagues that work in the building go either. Very disappointing.
The coffee and food is great. But i have had a bad experience with my food either burnt or raw. I ordered Asian Calamari and ape ifically said no dressing. After waiting close to 15 mins it c a m e out with the dressing. It was sent back and this time some of the calamari was not cooked. I spoke to the manager today and he did not apologise, instead he rudely told me to never come to his cafe again. Staff are inexperienced and manager is arrogant and rude
The place says open till 4am on google so we innocently called at 12am only to be greeted by abuses because the dude did not correct the time to 4pm. Wow! And he hung up with no apologies! If you don’t know how to run a business, you shouldn’t! Edit: I receive this in the morning! An abusive message from the owner/ whoever you are. I could report you, but you are not worth my time. If you are running a business, you are responsible for the hours edit. Maybe you don’t know, there ARE places that run late night food, so there is nothing “retarded” about it. Also it is “you’re” not “your”. What a loser. Cheers

Top cafe! Willing to feed me coffee before listed opening time and while they are still setting up for the day. Very pleasant owner and staff.
Best cold brew in Canberra, recommend combining with one of the awesome Bacon & Egg breakfast wraps. Great food, excellent coffee and welcoming staff.
The big breakfast is phenomenal!
My 5 stars is for the Schnitzl. It is, quite simply, the best chicken schnitzl I have ever had. Did not expect to find this in a public service daytime cafe, but there it was. It was just about perfect. And, reasonably priced too.
So accommodating for vegans! They made a delicious risotto for me. They also have cakes! Friendly staff and clean, cozy atmosphere.
Coffee is ok, food is ok, the wait times are horrific although the staff do a great job to manage this, I just can't spend that long in a line. Not sure how you fix this but that's how it goes. Waiting for takeaways can be irritating since on a cold day you will be squashed inside or out like a polar bear...
