Worst service. I'm in a 24 month contract and went in for a warranty repair. The rep who served me was smug, condescending and rude. I walked out and went next door to Universal because I'd actually rather pay for the repair than deal with the Optus Canberra store. Can't wait to be out of contract and switch providers.
