Luke Williams from the Optus Business Team is fantastic, he recently assisted me with getting a technical issue resolved which without Luke's help I don't think the fault would be fixed, he is a credit to Optus. Fantastic service, patience and knowledge

We deal with Austen Hancock and we could not be happier!  We have finally got someone intelligent, helpful and proactive to deal directly with.  We don't have to go through a call centre like other telephone companies, we deal direct with Austen who works in an office in Bundall and is happy to come to our office to assist.

I highly recommend the Team at OBC Bundall, very approachable and friendly and always solving issues and creating solutions.

After trying for a month to get a new mobile and number sorted with Optus directly, I finally went into the Optus Business Centre Gold Coast and they fixed the issue very quickly. Hugely helpful and stuck to their word! Optus would have lost a very long term customer and new business customer if it hadn't been for the team at the Gold Coast Business Centre. Thank you!!

Very happy with the service from Harley, which treat our small business fairly and most importantly follow up on equerries and promises. We have been able to get all the information for our product development in couple of days, instead of never ending loop calling Optus business line. My experience was only positive.
