Great local pharmacy, has a wide variety of options of essentials also. Service is quick, you’ll find you won’t ever wait long for a prescription here.
Wonderful help. Kind people. Help and understand your problem. Came in with a late script change for my father was served with kindness and understanding. Thank you very much to the young male pharmacist who served me on Thursday 1st of September 2022.
Came into the pharmacy to pick up my script, the staff asked me can they help, I told her my name and what i am here for, the pharmacist heard me, so i waited. After a few minutes i was the only customer waiting infront of the counter the 3 staff members see me standing waiting. About 10 mins later still waiting so I asked the lady should I come back? She asked for my name and she looked at the baskets which had already been prepared and there it was. It was ready the whole time I was waiting, the staff just ignored me, I told them of my dissatisfaction of their service. Will not come here again.
Have been using them as my go to pharmacy. Even during covid, they've always followed the rules, served me in a timely manner and actually had one of the best pharmacists I'd ever met very friendly, informative and easy going who was happy to always recommend the generic versions of my scripts, call my doctor for me etc. - Julian you will be missed. Overall, great staff and can't complain!
My sister attended Optimal Pharmacy today to get some prescriptions filled. Whilst checking out, she asked for a plastic bag - out of old habit, a paper bag would've been fine - for her medication. Nicole, who served her, turned to a coworker and directly in front of my sister said "Hmm, that's weird. Most people are usually more conscientious than that!". How rude and disrespectful! Not to mention totally unnecessary. What is the point in trying to shame a regular, paying customer for a slip of the tongue asking for a plastic bag instead of just "a bag", or a paper bag? Not cool, Nicole. Not cool.
Used to be a great pharmacy! Now has useless service with pharmacists that don’t know what they’re doing.. They’ve lost all their good employees.. Both Norwest and Circa.. Just go to chemist warehouse!!
I bought a face toner for sensitive skin, tried it on and got a very bad skin reaction. Went back to return the product, they said I couldn't return the product because it was not faulty and my skin reaction was personal and not the product responsibility. I found some truth to this but I wanted to read for myself if there were other clauses. I ask them if they could show me their return policy because I usually see store policies near the check-out areas but this pharmacy didn't have any. The lady said she has never seen them so that they didn't have any information but that "she has worked in many different retailers and that's how it works" referring to her saying they only change faulty items. I said i understood but that I needed to see it anyways because usually there's more clauses than just that. She said there was none and then I asked if then should I go to the website, will I find the return/refund policies there? To this the lady answered they DID NOT HAVE A WEBSITE and that the only information I will find will be of the locations of the stores... I am very shocked at this as I'm pretty sure not having policies public is illegal. I will put a formal complaint with the NSW Fair Trading office. Be aware you might not get a refund or being able to return products.
Great customer service. The team always has a smile and is very helpful. I have had so many good experiences here.
Tried to charge me full price $40-ish for a prescription in my mothers name after insisting half an hour earlier that the script I gave them had all necessary information on it for her to get the pensioners' price of $6.90ish as she does everywhere she goes regularly.
Price is approx $4-$7 than any other chemist. Masks normally $20 per 50pack they sell at $30. Prescription medicines are more expensive too.
