Excellent service from everyone here, and especially Tomo my optician. Very down to earth, informative and took great care. Fit me in at very short notice due to eye pain and thoroughly deserve a 5 star review if not more!
My husband and I went into OPSM today as his sister has terminal cancer and only a short time left and she broke her glasses that morning. They are bifocal so that meant she couldnt read or watch tv. We got an amazing lady called Megan, who suggested checking through a big box of Red Cross 2nd hand glasses hoping we might find a pair with a similar shaped lens. We found a pair that were fairly close that she spent some time fitting into the replacement frames. She really went above and beyond for my sister in law and we are so grateful that she took the time. Good karma to you Megan, you totally deserve it.
I loved my experience with OPSM Tauranga, I went in to get the correct prescription after getting the wrong one from Specsavers and they wouldn't correct it. They made sure I got the correct experience and got a good pair of frames, they were just as excited as me when I was able to see properly again with my new glasses which made me feel very good.
The staff were extremely rude and horrible to deal with. Was a waste of money and a complete scam. Would recommend any other optometrist.
Wonderful team or experts. Changed my life. They take there time to make sure you are completely happy and comfortable. I would highly recommended. Thanks team Im so grateful.

Unfortunately the staff more interested in talking to each other than helping customers. I walked out after 5 minutes.
