I found the optometrist to be friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The staff were without exception friendly and helpful. My health insurer covered all costs. The store was happy to reuse my current frames and gave me a free case. I received an sms when my glasses were ready to pickup. An excellent experience.

First time trying out these guys. They did an excellent job getting me a new pair of prescription multi focal which my previous optometrists has been trying to fix it but always failed. Well done to Brad and his team for an excellent job! They come highly recommended for Excellent Customer service n great experience.
I went here to for my annual eye test and had a great experience. The staff were very friendly and helpful even though where extremely busy as they're in the city. One of the female staff were especially helpful as she helped me pick some reading glasses. Overall fantastic customer service.
So far I am quite impressed with their service. Maybe changes in staff?, but I was quite surprised to see such low rate. Best staff and service from any of the OPSMs I have been to. Keep up the good spirit and quality services guys. Thank you from a happy customer.
