Best customer service you could ever ask for. The glasses I picked up a few days ago weren't quite right. Tina managed to book me in for script fix and get new lens ordered right away. She showed her genuine care and valued my time. Couldn't be happier.
Amazing customer service. My Ray Ban sunglasses got stepped on and bent out of shape significantly. Took to OPSM Albert Street to fix and are almost as good as new. Sylvia was outstanding and can't thank her enough as couldn't afford to replace these.
I don't usually write any Google review but I have to write one this time! I have got some issues with the sunglasses that I purchased online, been to multiple places but no one was able to help. Luckily I went to OPSM and one of the staff there - Silvia was so nice and patient to help me fixing the issues with multiple attempts! I really appreciate it!!!!
My glasses frame broke whiles cleaning them with the cloth. When I went to the store I was told these would get fixed in a week. I was discussing with the sales assistant about purchasing a second pair of glasses but as the arrival time for both new, and repaired glasses was going to be a week, I decided not to go ahead with the purchase. I called the week after for a follow-up and was told by the store that these will take 2 weeks instead of one as initially advised. Not even alternatives or contact lenses to survive with no glasses were offered despite not being able to see clearly. The best is that Specsavers across the read provided me with 5 days free of charge contact lenses despite not having purchased glasses with them. These glasses were extremely expensive only purchased about 8-9 months ago. The quality of the glasses and the customer service has been extremely poor. The store still hasn’t called me back for an updated timeframe nor answered my calls.
Staff at OPSM Albert Street are very knowledgeable and professional . Nothing is too much trouble for them . Prescription was great in all my spectacles including sunglasses. I highly recommend Albert St OPSM
Over several years I have always had excellent service at OPSM in Albert St. Brisbane. Angelique is particularly thorough and knowledgeable. I would certainly recommend anyone to go there.
Optometrist Fei Fei Liu is very professional and extremely skilled. All staff are knowledgeable and helpful. I highly recommend this staff and place. Very happy with the experience in doing my eye test and choosing prescription Glasses.
Went there a while ago to get my eyes tested and finally found out I'm blind, who woulda thought? There was one particular worker there who I don't remember the name of, but she was the kindest person in the world and made me feel less overwhelmed when picking my first ever glasses. Thank you so much!!! :
Absolutely terrible customer service! Went into their Brisbane CBD store on Friday and had the sales assistant ask what brand of glasses I was wearing. When I answered she then went on and on about how exclusive they were carrying Prada, Gucci etc and how their frames are at least $500 a pair. She then suggested I go to spec savers which I definitely will if that’s the level of service they give!
I walked in here today at 930 to be greeted by no one. Absolutely no staff in the front. I walked around the back to see 2 staff members tending to one customer. One of the staff members waved to me and muttered something, so I went to the front, waited a few minutes, got bored and left straight to Oscar Wylee. I was served right away at Oscar Wylee by friendly, helpful staff; and they replaced my nose pads free of charge. I stopped by this OPSM only a couple of months ago to be told I would have to wait over an hour to have just a screw put in my glasses hinge... that is beyond pathetic. Skip OPSM, and go to Oscar Wylee, where they actually treat you like a valued customer, even if you have glasses from a different store.
