Every single person working here is genuinely friendly and helpful and they remembered me each time I came back, even though they must have so many people coming in every day. And the optician is excellent! Can’t recommend more.
First thing's first: Meg is an absolute legend. I came in after being dissatisfied with another well known sunglasses shop, and to say I was blown away by Meg's service at B+N would be an understatement. Friendly, funny, informative, helpful....and I walked away with two great new pairs of shades. Thanks heaps Meg you superstar.
The doctor was probably one of the nicest people I've met and super professional of course. Beautiful frames to choose from and my new glasses were ready in a bit over a week. As a glasses wearer for 17 years now, I super recommend this Optometrist.

Every staff members that I encountered at Bailey Nelson were super lovely. I had to have my glasses adjusted a couple of times. They were very friendly and eager to make sure my glasses fit me right. Thank you!
Great customer service. The consultant really went out of her way to help and was happy to track down my script from another optometrist and very gracious even when I just bought the frames without the script. Definitely recommend.
