Ordered UberEats this evening. 2 meals & living 20 minutes away. I understand with delivery, you can’t expect the freshest of the freshest quality that you get when dining in but when I say this was the poorest of cooked foods via delivery, I mean it was terrible.nnThe chips were uncooked and no salt whatsoever. Even if I didn’t ask for extra salt, the least you can do is add salt as a seasoning. The grilled chicken patty for double Bondi burger was old and had a mushy texture for the crumbed coating like it had been sitting out on shelf waiting to be picked and ordered by someone. The portion and quality of the lettuce was poor, too. I rate Oporto but this meal was disgusting and not acceptable for $60.

Worst service ever! No matter how many times you repeat your order through drive thru, you will need to repeat it another 3 times at the window. And even then you'll still get the wrong order! Wait time is also ridiculous for drive thru- both for your turn to order as it takes each car approximately 6-8 mins to place their order due to staff being extremely slow, and also the wait time for your food! This is probably the most frustrating oportos I have ever been too! I even gave them the benefit of the doubt and returned 2 more times to see if it was a one off thing- nope definitely happened each time !
This is the BEST Oportos in Sydney. Clean, tidy, lovely staff & the burgers don't look like someone has sat on them. They actually look like the picture above the counter.
Paid for extra sauce in drive through. Got NO sauce, not even a tiny bit. Only realised once home. They don't answer their phone. $20 meal with no sauce
