This place really are tight with the sauces, I mean seriously what is this? I specifically ordered Grilled Chicken with Extremo Sauce and ask them if they can put extra sauce in it..this is what you call extra sauce?? what will it look like if it's an original portion? this is an embarassment, how expensive is the sauce, and the chicken itself is not even tasty on its own, the least you can do is to cover it with sauce. not drip it. really unprofessional.
I went through the drive through at Oporto Padstow Drive Thru as a change from McDonald’s, as I don’t come here very often. I saw what looked like a healthier option on the board a grilled chicken wrap with tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise and ordered it as a meal.nnWhen I got to the window, I tried to clarify exactly what I was getting because the initial order wasn’t explained very clearly and I was struggling to understand. I was told I was getting the “big wrap” and asked if that’s what I wanted. I then asked if there was a smaller option and was told yes, the “snack” version, so I changed to that.nnWhat wasn’t explained is that the snack wrap is not the same filling as the big wrap. I expected grilled chicken, tomato, lettuce and mayo, but instead received just a piece of grilled chicken with a few strands of lettuce.nnMy issue isn’t the size it’s the lack of explanation. Staff shouldn’t assume everyone comes here regularly and knows the menu. When someone changes their order, especially at the window, it really needs to be explained clearly that the ingredients will be different, not just the portion size.nnBetter communication would have made this a much better experience.

In terms of food quality, it’s good. Giving it a 5 on behalf of my Mum. We always grab a quick dinner here in n our way home after teaching late and yes, sometimes the wait is long but we’ve never had an issue with the food.
oporto padstow never disappoints! the workers are so amazing especially chloe who never fails to make them fries super delish and super crispy, the bondi burger is just fabulous makes me wonder if it was crafted by chloe herself !! besides that the atmosphere is amazing and the smell of the restaurant sends me back to my europe days travelling to paris
