The environment and service are good, but around 5 a.m. having only two staff members is definitely not enough to handle the workload. They need to prepare coffee and food at the same time, so there simply isn’t enough time to serve customers promptly. This results in customers waiting too long, and staff feeling stressed and having to apologize for the delays. We understand the situation, but limiting the number of staff only makes the early shift more exhausting and still does not improve efficiency.
The young trainee girls behind the counter are doing an amazing job under pressure. Uber drivers need to show them a bit more respect and patience, not abuse them and speak to them in a condescending tone because they hadn't received their orders. The girls can't be more than 15 years old learning how to make their way in life.nKeep up the good work.
Just avoid getting a double of anything here, I ordered and paid for a double bistro béarnaise Angus and got a single, this has happened to me with this Maccas in the past with other burgers like getting a regular quarter pounder instead of a double. So annoying when you pay extra and get screwed in drive thru. No one wants to be the person holding up drive Thru because u have to dig through the bag and open the burger up to make sure they didn’t screw up. Lesson learned for me I guess. Never get the right sauce for nuggets as well, always have to pull them up on it because even when you ask at the speaker for the sauces you want, they always chuck in sweet and sour. At least my burger was assembled on my bun unlike Menai.
I got served by this wonderful girl named Ashleigh. She gave my friend and I wonderful costumer service and made us feel a big warm welcome. Our ice creams were immaculate and the fries were sooo fresh and hot! She was so kind and lovely to my friend and I.
This is by far the best maccas, the service and kindness is unmatched. I got all my food within 30 seconds all due to one worker, Alice. I will for sure be coming back in to receive this great service again.nYours trulynOscar.
