Good customer service. Online ordering takeout is fast. Since the chicken came in a box, some of the fries were a bit soggy. It's better to pack the chips in a takeout bag rather than with the chicken.
I am probably Oportos biggest fan, visiting weekly, and you cannot deny the great taste and product it serves.nMelton store, recently open and here is my thoughts from Thursday dinner:nStore layout - good vibe, spacious, store was clean.nOrdering - was some difficulty adding my loyalty points and a language barrier but certainly polite and friendly.nMy order was ready to be delivered to my table even before I had finished at the register.nI got my usual Double Bondi, large size meal. Burger was fresh, solid and a good standard.nI was disappointed at the size of the large chips though.nThe crispy chicken strip's were also on the small side, I've had bigger nuggets.nOverall, can't go wrong here.
Fast food at its best! Otoppo burger and chips were so fresh and hot. Tenders were amazing. Service here is unreal. We will definitely be back
Is these chicken strips of nuggets. Customer paid for strips with their money, it is advisable to not be thieves and give the customers what they have paid for. And this is not the first time.nnRespect customers hard earn money guys.nnThe food was fresh and cooked to order.
Loved my chicken salad ! Kids enjoyed their kids meals and hubby loved his burger. Clean environment and friendly staff. The owner , Yogi,was kind enough to come check on us too , which we appreciated. We have ordered the whole chicken a few times online for take away , it is always ready on time and always juicy and tasty !
