We have visited Carl’s Jr in Melton twice now and it’s worth the drive over from our area.nnToday we had the most amazing, friendliest, kindest, personal service ever.nnThe friendly young team member assisted us with ordering our meals, drink and coffee, with personal delivery service for take away. Nothing was too much trouble and she went over and beyond explaining and recommending some sides and sauces.nnThe food was very filling and satisfying, thank you to the amazing chefs who work hard on delivery.nnWe will be back in the near future
First time trying Carl's Jr and I was actually impressed.nnBurger was not to big but was higher quality then McDonald's or other fast food chains.nnWe ordered chicken burgers which were real chicken meat and hand breaded.nnWe ordered our meals both with thick shakes which were delicious and nice presentation.nnOverall good quality fast food
On Carl's Jr. website, it says that they can't wait for you to experience the mouth-watering food and friendly service. I certainly didn't experience both of this at Carl's Jr. Melton. Do not go to this place!! Their service is extremely slow and poor. Why do you even give customers an option to customize their food when your staff isn't going to do it as requested. I ordered two burgers, a Hawaiian Chicken and a Veggie Star with Cheese. With the Hawaiian Chicken, I chose no tomato and no onion but it still came with both of them. For the Veggie Star with Cheese, I chose no tomato and added ranch sauce $1.00 extra but it wasn't made as per order. Clearly, the staff at this outlet doesn't know how to read orders correctly.nnNow, let me tell you about their super slow service for this fast food restaurant chain. I placed an online order at 8:24pm and received my order confirmation email stating that the expected pick-up time is 8:35pm. I went through their drive through to collect my order at around 8:43pm, which was 10 minutes after the expected time that was mentioned in the order confirmation email. By this time the food should have been ready but it wasn't and I was asked to wait at the waiting bay. After about 10 minutes of waiting, one of the staff comes out to give me my order but it's the wrong order and she then goes car by car asking who's order it is. So I decided to go inside to find out what's happening with my order and was told that it's coming on the way. At the same time, there was another person waiting for his order and said he'd been waiting for a very long time. I looked around at the restaurant and it was empty. At about 9:18pm, I was told that my order was nearly ready and just waiting on my Hawaiian Chicken burger. Then the staff turned around and asked the kitchen staff to make a Hawaiian Chicken burger. By the time I got my complete order it was 9:23pm. It took an hour for my order to come.nnEvery shift there would be a manager working which he/she will make sure that the orders are moving smoothly and hop-in to help out the staff if needed. Here, the orders took a long time to come. This basically means, either the manager wasn't doing his/her duties correctly or just wasn't capable enough for the job. Just to highlight it was a quiet night and no one was dine-in at that time in the restaurant. Just imagine if the place was packed, then everyone would have been waiting for hours for their food.
Visited here during the weekend morning, and it was not busy in-store but they do have a few online orders, my order was served after a few minutes. It was pretty quick service for just two of them on duty. The order was hot and delicious. The staff is friendly and helpful.nThere are promotions ongoing on the APP.
the food here is always on point. also fresh, hot and fills me up. dining in is a must. the atmosphere is amazing. what takes the cake however is the service. the staff are amazing. excellent customer service and super quick with the food. shout out to Nathan. absolutely made my day
