Important! FOR Muslims looking for a halal option… One of the worst experience I just had today, ordered meals today and they put the beacon in the Bondi burgers.. so be-careful ordering next time and would suggest to go another halal certified place to eat… can’t tell how bad it feels after having tasting beacon.. what they can offer you in the end is sorry so be caution

Sorry to say. Because I love Oportos. But that was the most disgusting meal I have ever been served. Chicken in the burger was like rubber. After two bites. I couldn't eat it anymore.  Decided to just eat the chips. They tasted of unwashed potato. You could taste the dirt. Would avoid this place like the plague.

Avoid this Oporto at all cost. I ordered a Large chicken rappa meal with a side of spicy chicken bolas today around a hour ago. My wrap had no sauce in it, the pita was dry and crumbing all over the place. Spicy chicken bolas were like rubber. I bounced a couple to my cat and he didn’t even eat them. Absolutely inedible. What a waste of $20.  I am a big Oportos fan and have never had a issue like this. I will never return to this store and warn others not to dine here.

I bought a Bondi Box today. Strangely...it came in a bag? Although the food was very nice. The burgers are a good size. I like going undercover through the drive through.

The managers here have reached a new level of arrogance. Went here today after ordering through Uber delivery and spending $108 on 5 meals. Only for one meal to be missing. When I arrived there I explained to the manager what happened and from the get go, behaved extremely rude and had no intentions what so ever to help. When my voice started to raise and I started to become angry and frustrated, the manager then threatened to call the police. I continued to put my foot down and the manager eventually caved and made the missing meal. All this happened infront of other customers who also couldn’t believe and understand how difficult and rude this manager was being. Judging by post reviews on this place in seems like the management here needs to have a complete clean out and that staff need to start being trained better.  What a joke of a place and a disgrace to the Oporto brand.

Hmmmm, we love Oporto and most times it is fresh but almost every time something missing and I never complain and I feel bad to complain but I guess if there are no customers you have no business. Once maybe twice a month I drive through and we have a double chicken feed. The lady at the drive through is there for a month but I been told today that she only started not sure if he was the manager or pretending to be but bad either way coz where was he for past 25 days when I drove though and had the same lady getting my order wrong than and today the same. No improvement at all.  So how hard is getting 2 chickens with one lemon and one chilli basting, 1xl chips and 2 sides, 4 pita breads and 4 sauces wrong?? Apparently very. Also no salads to choose from what is on the board but upon going back people were eating salads in the restaurant so I asked how is that possible and they said if I buy it I can have it but not as a free side as the sign suggests. How bad is that? Yes I had to go back as my chicken was 2 the same no extra pita breads that I ordered as  it was put in the notes not as I ordered and no burger that paid for. So I suggest to train your staff and stop saying sorry coz it costed me my petrol and time and by the time I came back home the chips was cold and the other breads hard as to enjoy. No compensation offered not that would made any difference but the principal and inconvenience it would have helped. I worked in the fast food industry and when we made a mistake and costed people time we made anything possible to make them happy and to make sure they come back. He gave me the 2 pita bread and made sure I knew I didn’t paid for it but hey I came back coz of your f up not because I wanted to drive around and yes again it was not my problem the staff is not trained to follow simple instruction when someone says 2 extra pita breads. I suggested for them to send me the things out with Uber but they wanted me to order and pay for ahahaha soooo funny. NOOOO their phone line is sooo bad that 3 of us were trying to understand what the person was wanting is to do. Please get a better phone and maybe try getting orders correct and if you don’t have something that is on the menu at least put something over it and say unavailable not making it look good but in fact you will only get it if you pay extra. Just wanted a night off from not working and just enjoying the weekend which was more stressful than actually cooking.Sooo no happy. Please don’t tell me someone will be in contact with me coz I don’t need another sorry. Full of it. Thank you

Like this Oporto in Sydney western suburbs. Friendly staffs and always found plenty of available parking spots for friends and family as we had our lunch there several times. Food was freshly and perfectly cooked and delicious. Waiting time was always reasonable. However didn't like their coffee and hot chocolate.

Parking: plenty of parking outside the shop Ambience: nice ambience, family and single seatings available Cleanliness: was clean when i visited Customer Toilet: available  Oporto is one of my favourite burger spot. There chicken is juicy and tender. Worth trying.

Hey guys,  Drove through Oporto’s at 8.04pm tonight, ordered a Haloumi & Chicken Rappa and 5 Crispy Strips and paid by EFTPOS. When I got to the pickup window, I realised that I forgot my receipt. The two cashiers serving had to run my order through again to give me a receipt. Never a good sign.  Food was terrible.  Not sure what’s happening there, but looks like you need to investigate some service issues.  All the best

Chicken was under-cooked felt like a chewing gum, brought that to the staff's attention, but she Rumano didn't like the feedback,  and responded in a rude and insulting way. Oporto is still my favorite, but I'll never come back to this store.
