Absolutely useless. Waiting over 10 minutes..all staff looking at us while they only serve drive thru. I asked the manager to get someone to serve us, she told some Joker called Isaac to serve. He just disappeared to the back somewhere. 5 mins later I yelled out for someone to serve us.. finally a girl came out of the back to start serving the line. Never again.. poor management. 25 mins and still waiting for a twister
Every time I go to this KFC, their slushie machine is broken, and to make things worse, they are 2 WHOLE DOLLARS! Unacceptable. For my grandson's birthday, we came here to get his favourite thing, chicken wings, and there was NO chicken! This KFC is truly the worst experience I have ever had. Kid-friendliness: UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
If I could leave 0 I would. Starting from the drive through it was clear the person working didn't want to be there, second register didn't say a word just shoved the food out the window. Getting home our small chips look like it was one bag split between two. The burger has lettuce on it that was brown and clearly has been sitting there all day. Serve the food you would serve to yourself not rubbish.
Used to be in my case at least that it would be a 50/50 chance they would get your order right. They have improved again in my case to the point my wife actually wants to go there again. The hot n spicy is a welcome permanent addition to the menu to.Food: 4/5
This place hasnt changed in the 15 years ive lived in area. Slow service during peak hours. Orders sometimes wrong or mixed up, or meals substituted without consulting the customers. Lots of teenagers working there and standing arround joking during peak hours not a good look when customers waiting 45 minutes for a regular combo meal I hope this place improves, because id still rather drive to Richmond KFC, just to ensure quality in food. If given the time, go Richmond or Marsden Park KFC, than Plumpton KFC
They put no salt on the chips at all. I swear it must be a thing they were taught. Its either I come back inside to ask for salt again, or just not enjoy my meal. It was my daughters birthday.
KFC Plumpton... We were there, KFC Plumpton and we were very happy... Plumpton is a Very good place to have lunch, dinner as well as breakfast... The food is taste... The prices are cheap... The environment is confortable... The family enjoyed and kids were so glad... You can choose from many different meals offers... The staff for services were very respectful and professional... There are cold and hot drinks as well as icecreams, yum yum yum...! We tried many meals there, the chicken was awesome...the nuggets were taste and chips was top.. We were at Rooty Hill, we drove to plumpton KFC, it was worthy... There were many chairs and tables with different sizes and heights... Enough places to sit were available... The place was very clean including the toilets ! And this was excellent ! It was very easy to book your specific meals and you can pay both by cash or by cards... The waiting time was too short, they made the food and not letting us to wait for too long time.. The staff on the desk allow to heat food, this was good! The KFC Plumpton changed our previous experience when we were being at another places... Really we enjoyed being in KFC Plumpton and everything there were worthy and will visit it again and again... Much thank to the staff at KFC Plumpton...all the thank for the managers... We highly recommend KFC Plumpton... Thank you
I ordered a family feast and requested for no thighs why buy something were not going to eat so they gave me 7 drumsticks instead, they didn't even give me a mixture of chicken. Everytime we go here there is always a mishap, either they forget our nuggets or don't fill up the chips properly. Once I've waited over 20mins for my order. The service is very poor.

Order a zinger box, plus 6 wicked wings... Lady gave me the zinger box only, lucky I reminded her about the rest of the order! My zinger box only had 1 wing!! Avoid this place,go somewhere else!
