NEVER BUYING FROM HERE AGAIN - Absolute RIP OFF - $28 for a chicken rappa combo + an extra rappa on its own - $28 $$$$$$$$ can you believe it!!!!! It was $17.50 just for the rappa + chips + drink alone - wasn't even fresh - can buy all the ingredients for less than this - I only bought take aways from here via drive-thru as it was already late at night and most places had closed - DO NOT RECOMMEND - prices are a JOKE
Honestly the best Oporto I have ever been to! And I’ve been so many times. It’s actually a joke how fast the food comes out the last time I was here my chicken & salad came out in about 40 seconds. I’m writing this review just as my food came out at 1 min and 20 seconds keep it up best Oporto ever
Fabulous food here. Have only done the drive through thing. Staff were very good. The order was accurate and I asked for exceptions to the menu item. The food was awesome!!!!!! Really good. Highly recommend. It’s in a small shopping complex but easy enough to get in and out if the drive through.
This store deserves more than 5 stars, everything about this store is INCREDIBLE, you will leave impressed!! Straight away you will notice the friendly staff who are helpful and genuinely kind! One of the best customer service i have ever experienced. The store is nice and clean, everything looks neat which is nice to see! The manager is fantastic, you will see her leading her entire team, they all know what they are doing and are doing it well because they have a great leader! Food was fresh, tasty and hot. Presentation was 10/10 which was impressive usually when i have eaten at other Oportos the food is always cold and sloppy but not at Casula! This store clearly takes pride in their work, from the wonderful staff and management team and tidy store to the freshness and quality of their food! I would highly recommend this store to everyone. I wish all fast food was as good as this Oportos. Truly impressive!!
This Oporto staff is so careless about customers order I have order a veg burger and ask them to add spicy sauce inside the burger but no matter what this is 3rd time they didn’t add spicy sauce inside my burger and they didn’t even given any sauce which was included in my order while picking up food I ask twice have you added spicy sauce to my burger she said yes ofcourse I make sure that Personally when I came home and saw it so disappointed will never go back to this place again as they are lazy and careless staff no value for customers order plus their phone is on voicemail never answer
Great Oporto. Friendly staff but they forgot to put chilli sauce on my burger. Beautiful dining room but the toilets had no toilet paper. Plenty of parking spaces available.Food: 5/5
Why do you never give the sauce when it's paid for? I ordered a double fillet bondi with extra chilli and by the time i got home i opened the burger and NO chilli sauce. I ordered a side lemon and herb sauce too....guess what? NO SAUCE. Either your staff need to be retrained or rentrenched. This isn't the first time this has happened. Unfortunately I didn't get a receipt which the STAFF should be offering in the first place! I come to this place from time to time. Over the years it's become a joke.
Forgot the extremo sauce in my burger had to reserve back to the driveway as once ur on the huge highway it's a big loop back. Extra care should be put into drive though order. There is a reason it's drive through. Don't make the convenience an inconvenienceFood: 3/5
25 minutes for a halumi burger . I was the only customer in there . There were about 3 cars in drive thru. And they still forgot my avocado. Not impressed at all. Not even an apology . Thanks I won't be coming here EVER again.
Check your order before leaving the drive thu. I didn't and wasted 20 minutes plus fuel and dinner was ruined for the kids as I had to go back. These clowns can't even bags 5 items correctly.
