Big shiny sign claims open 24 hours ..... go there between 1.45 to early hours ...they will tell you something about headoffice update 30 to 50 minutes.
Very fast service. The manager was able to quickly fix a mistake I made when ordering. It wasn't as clean as it usually is but that was all fixed up in the short time I was there. The chips were very freshFood: 5/5
Always a long period of waiting once ordered & when you finally get your order it is not what you would expect are a mess because the give your drinks first by the time you get your food the ice has watered down your drinks. If your getting a certain type of hot beverage you expect to get what you pay for.Food: 2/5
Hats off to the young staff and management who recognise the delivery service customers have just as much priority as any other customer. Staff at every other maccas store look at us drivers like we are rats and always 5 to 10 mins delay even tho the end customer ordered well before hand. Casula store not only fast, but also interact with the drivers and give accurate wait time which was only 2 mins anyway
Make sure you order correctly to the drive thru persons standards because drive thru will give you a lecture on how you are dumb and can’t order how they like. It’s the second time here. Last time I didn’t give the code at the box so I got in trouble. Then this time, I gave the code at the box and got in trouble. Sick of being treated rudely by the drive thru staff here at casula that are meant to want business coming in.
Why are there no pickles in cheeseburgers???? For the last couple of months, 99% of the time, there isn’t a single pickle in cheeseburgers, which changes its flavour and what it’s known for. I don’t know who isn’t trained up in the kitchen, but you need to relay it. Also, for months on end there’s a “system update” which doesn’t allow any orders for 40mins or so. You’re supposed to be a 24hr open place and this issue is constant , if not literally nightly. Your signage is misleading for those of us who work night shifts. Tsk…..
People say it’s fast food more like delayed food., I called Patrick out because he’s the manger and he didn’t nothing but sit there and watch the screen and 2 minutes later he went to window for drive thru. Terrible customer services
So I ordered a tomato and cheese toasty this is what I get
I think mcdonald is off the mark, firstly food is crabbed, burgers is getting smaller quality is very poor, Customer service is the worst ever they always stuff up with the order everywhere you go, you dont get what you paid for , your ordered large dbl quarter meal they give you a sng small or medium meal everywhere you go very poorly
Service was good and fast, but there fries were old and wasn’t even full for the large fries we ordered. It was half full.
