seriously burnt chicken with over 10 minutes wait……..will never order there again…and tried to submit a feedback however their official website feedback page is not even working properly :
I experienced the unethical practice of automatically upselling without the customer asking for it. When asked about why my bill was higher than the price displayed, staff said they are following the instructions of the manager. So ask for a receipt and check it carefully. The menu was limited to only about 5 or 6 meals, and when requested, staff would not provide the full menu of Oporto items that are available. They said that that what the manager told them. I felt sorry for the staff who work in this place. A small amount of chicken in the wrap, so I felt it was a cheat.
Fast friendly service. Good food. Good people. Would eat here again.
The chicken was burnt, it was completely inedible!
I have worked in multiple hospitality positions, many including the preparation and cooking of chicken. I would have never served this quality of food and if my TLs had ever caught me serving chicken that was as nearly as burnt and charcoaled as the chicken tenders my pregnant wife ordered from Thr Barracks Oporto, I would have been fired. Each of the four tenders were double coated with a black, sticky tar-esque charcoal coating that we had to peel off before being able to attempt to eat the slaughtered bird.
Didn't particularly enjoy listening to the guy behind the counter cough up some phlegm and then spit it... somewhere while packing my meal. Food's alright.
A good experience of burger, there bondi burger, and oprego burgers are tasty. Bondi is bit spicy chicken strips and crispy jalapeno bites are also tastyFood: 4/5

Chicken wrap was delicious. Service friendly.
Takes over 15 minutes for small chips and there was only one other person in the store and rather overpriced and also take there time
