My mum has been at Lakes Entrance Care Community for 5 months now, the supportive, empathetic staff are part of a fabulous team of workers who consistently provide quality care to our loved ones. The meals offered each day offer great choices, and are tasty and nutritionally balanced. I purchased a visitor lunch twice and was delighted with the aroma and taste. There are many activities offered each week for residents to participate in and I attended two with my mum which was a great opportunity to get to know some of the team. Thankyou for caring!
My dear Mum & Dad live in Opal Lakeview & they love it! The carers look after them so well they have become their friends. It is always clean & warm there. Mum & Dad's rooms are spotlessly clean, bright, airy & very beautiful.nYesterday my family got together with Mum & Dad for the Christmas party at Opal Lakeview. The meal was delicious & we were all treated so well.nThank you to everyone at Opal Lakeview.
I cannot speak highly enough of opal lakeview. Absolutely everyone from cleaners to those in charge are just wonderful special people, and i want to thank them all for their kindness. Foods geat and they really care about your likes and dislikes, lovely and clean and there is always activities to attend if you want. As well as all that the place has beautiful gardens and walkways and the interior is just lovely.
I can't thank Adrian and the staff enough for welcoming with my dad, Eric. Your understanding and time spent with us made this transition so easy and stress free. I'm soooo grateful. Beautiful home and the meals look amazing.
