The service provided by Opal alterations was above excellent & more then met my expectations. My sons suit arms and legs needed to be taken up before his formal on the following Tuesday night. I dropped them in on the Saturday morning; the alterations were completed & his suit was ready to be collected on the Monday (1 day earlier then needed or expected). The alteration was professional, looked perfect & you can not tell it has been altered at all. The Customer Service here is excellent & their work is amazing. I will definitely be using them for any future alterations I require & recommend they be anyones 1st & only choice. 10 out of 10 for customer service, quality of work & 20 out of 10 for speed considering this time of year is extremely busy with School Formals and events requiring formal dress. Thanks Guys

I required my custom skydiving suit to be modified with a complex shoulder narrow. I was pleasantly surprised by the customer service and the care that the tailor went to measure my body correctly. They also used the correct nylon thread and double stitching as requested. The work was immaculate! I cannot fault it whatsoever. The suit is looking very nice now : ). Highly recommended.

I wanted to take the time and tell people about my experience. I got married on the 28th of October and the months leading up to my wedding was stressful. What was even more stressful is that the woman I bought my wedding dress from measured me incorrectly, I was a size 7 and she ordered in a size 4 wedding dress. She then made out nothing was wrong despite me feeling like a stuffed sausage. I was forced to lose weight in 4 months. I lost 6 kgs but the dress was still a bit tight and rolled up on the sides. I took it to Jeff and his team 3 weeks before my wedding, almost in tears and they were able to make my wedding dress fit perfectly! Already they saved the day! But then my flower girl put on weight the day before my wedding and my maid of honour wanted her dress altered because she had lost weight the day before my wedding! I called Jeff to make emergency alterations! And he reassured me that he could make it happen. I took the girls in for their alterations and a couple of hours later that night they were ready to be picked up! I cannot thank this alteration place enough! Their friendly, fast and work miracle. At the end, I also took my wedding dress back to be dry cleaned and boxed and to no surprise they did a beautiful job with that too. I would definitely go back here again. I would recommend this alterations to anyone who would listen because they do such a fantastic job!! And there prices are very reasonable for the quality work they do! Thanks Jeff!

So Tuesday morning- Melbourne Cup Need my suit jacket altered. No problem. Well priced. Nothing was to much trouble. Thank you so much. I’ll be back!!! Can’t recommend highly enough.
