I enquired about these guys this morning when the company I had originally booked was 45 minutes late. I was booked in 10 minutes later and quoted a relatively cheap price. I have just checked the place and it is totally spotless and sparkling! Will use this company again.

TL; DR Incomplete cleaning Too expensive Harassment over phone This company charges a flat rate of $100 for two people for an hour. I asked them what they would manage to clean for that price, and after having a look, they said 2 bathrooms and 4 medium sized windows. The bathrooms were not that dirty to begin with, and I asked them to focus on the showers. They came at 10.05am and were stopped at 11.10am. They did not come in their cleaning van as pictured on the website, just in their car, with limited equipment. Both bathrooms were cleaned incompletely. The showers looked worse than when I clean it manually in 5 mins, with a lot of black stuff at the bottom which meant she hadn't even cleaned that part once. In the upstairs bathroom, only the shower was cleaned, and that only partially. Sink, mirror, tub, floors not cleaned at all. At this rate, I expected them to work quicker and do a more heavy duty clean as there are cleaners for half the hourly rate. So would not hire again. At their rate of cleaning, $25p/h is more reasonable, not $50pp. (I had to pay $100) Update: After my mother sent pictures of the incomplete work they did, the boss agreed to a refund. I received a screenshot of the bank transfer but I have not received the refund yet. The man later called me to harass and intimidate me. When I asked him to speak louder on the phone beacuse I couldn't hear him well in my car, he said "Don't you know English?" [I had just arrived home from work and was still in my car] I explained I have not had time to go home and amend this review, and will do so once I receive the money in the bank. After all, I have not received a refund yet. He continued to harass me saying his reputation was at stake. But I am not obligated to immediately change or remove a review just because of a refund. I think reputation is earned by doing your work properly in the first place. Warren (I think that is his name) continued to yell and harass me. He said "I know where you live. I will find you. I know you also have business." Then hung up.

Diligent and pleasant. They did an immaculate job on an end of lease clean. Very reasonable rates compared to other cleaners I got quotes from. Will absolutely approach them for any future cleaning I need done.
