I'm not sure what people are complaining about. I pumped fuel here last week and have driven more than 100km. The car still seems to run fine. The staff seemed OK as well.
The poorest customer service attitude I have experienced is in this store, disgraceful Also, it's bad enough having to go through the experience of poor customer service and reading other reviews I wondered why the prices are so low. These front counter jobs are supposed to be the face any industry. no dress code, omg what a shame.
In this morning, I experienced the following things.nn- No greeting at all.n- Toilet door was locked, so I asked the key. However the staff refused to provide it.n- No saying “bye”nnI will never go back again.
DO NOT GO HERE. They have very suspicious fuel and the fuel tank gets emptied quite quickly after a couple of drives. DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BRAND
As they're in the process of setting up the petrol pump under new management, their prices are lower that other pumps.nnThey might raise the prices later on to compete with other pumps but for now they're the cheapest around.
