Had good experiences before here at the carwash but today in the bay closest to the automatic car wash the high pressure rinse was not working. I came back later to wash my wife's car in the second closest bay to the car wash and the rainx only output water. So two bays that did not have core functionality.
Wonderful staff, it is always spotless and coffee is very nice.
Terrible Car Wash and Even Worse Customer ServicennI had an extremely disappointing experience at BP Clayton Rd. Not only did their car wash malfunction and leaving soap all over my car, but the aftermath was even more frustrating. When I sought assistance, the staff were unhelpful and dismissive.nnThe situation escalated when I attempted to get a refund. The manager was not just uncooperative but also petty, arguing with me over $1 because I didn't have the any coins and didn't want to use my phone to make another minimum $5 transaction. His insinuation that I didn't know how to use a simple car wash was insulting and unprofessional.nnGiven the poor condition of their equipment and the appalling level of customer service, I strongly advise against using this petrol station's car wash. It's clear that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them, and I regret my decision to stop here.
