This cafe was on the list of one of the best cafes to visit. The ambience is good, and I like their decorations of different items inside. We sitted outside as we have a dog. It is doggy friendly, too. We arrived at about 9 am, and it's already packed. I ordered the savoury minced, which I think was just okay. The thyme herbs in that dish are too overpowering for my liking. My partner ate all of his food.nnOur order came really quick. I'll probably visit again but will try a different food.
The atmosphere was lovely, and the staff were friendly. We really enjoyed the food and had a good time. We will definitely visit again :
Excellent in every way, by far my favourite cafe in Bundaberg. Food is consistently great, quick friendly service, the Cafe itself is quirky and original. Highly recommend the breakfast wrap, the and the fritters. Coffee Excellent and the mango smoothie is very nice. New regular customer since relocating up North from Melbourne a few weeks ago.
Fabulous Cafe. Whoever styled this cafe is truly talented, the decor both inside and out is a work of art! And the Christmas theme topped it off! Cheerful service. A creative, healthy menu. We really enjoyed our breakfast here. Thank you!
A Mixed ExperiencennDecor and Ambiance: The decor at Oodies Cafe is undeniably intriguing. The collection of spoons adorning the walls adds a quirky touch to the space. It’s a place where cutlery becomes art, and patrons can appreciate the creativity while sipping their coffee.nnUnfortunately, the culinary experience doesn’t match the visual appeal. The food falls short of expectations. The portions are rather on the small side and the waiting time is too long. The Double Cheeseburger was a letdown—dry and lacking juiciness. Even the chips, which should be crispy, were disappointingly soft.nnOn a brighter note, the coffee at Oodies Cafe manages to redeem the situation. It hits the spot.nnHowever, my enthusiasm wanes when I consider the aftermath. Both my wife and I experienced an urgent need to visit the restroom just 20 minutes after our meal. The unfortunate result? Diarrhea.nnLastly, the waitress didn’t seem thrilled about her job. Her lack of enthusiasm was palpable, and it affected the overall dining experience.nnIn summary, Oodies Cafe offers an interesting ambiance but falters in terms of food quality and service. Proceed with caution, especially if you have sensitive stomachs.
