Boutique is Best! Mike and the Team at One Agency are boutique! We clicked with Mike straight away, he’s genuine, honest, and reliable but he also makes the process of selling fun! Mike is approachable, easy to contact and no question is a problem.  Mike talked us through the different options of marketing and sale processes detailing the benefits of each. We took his advice and couldn’t be happier with the process. Mike was a great sounding board for us too as we prepped for open homes with two young children. Wade, Steve, and the team that support Mike are also amazing.  If you’re looking to sell your house, choose Mike, you won’t be disappointed!

Speed,͏ communication and willing to help. Our rental lease was almost up and an opportunity to buy a property presented itself. My wife and I liked the home we saw, we wanted to move fast and also wanted the deal done before sunset the next day. Mike and Wade took immediate action and within about 30 hours the price was agreed, the offer was signed and accepted and in addition Mike had arranged for us to terminate our rental agreement early. Way to go Mike and team! It was a pleasure deal with Mike and Wade and a treasure to learn that Mike and Steve are brothers in Christ too. Amen.

Mike Goatley - too͏ good to sum up in one line!  We couldn't be happier with our experience dealing with Mike and the team at One Agency in Rolleston. He believed in the value of our property more than any of the other agents we spoke with, and truly sold it accordingly.  He didn't just suggest what we should do to get the home ready for sale, he called in on request when an extra opinion was required, as well as offering a myriad of contacts and support before getting the For Sale sign up.  When we signed up with Mike we were assured it would be him doing the open homes and viewings and he consistently delivered on that level of personal attention. Whilst he was supported by very capable and lovely colleagues it never felt like we were just a number in a big organisation.  Mike was always positive, dealing with our emotional ups and downs expertly, and he was unbelievably hard working, often at our dining table until quite late.  His rates were the most competitive within the main companies we approached, and on top of that he donates a sizeable proportion of each commission to very worthwhile local causes.  Mike's knowledge and experience really showed throughout our selling journey and he went above and beyond. Ultimately however Mike has immense integrity and we can testify to his trustworthiness.  Mike will definitely be our first port of call when selling our next property in Christchurch.

Mike͏ and his team were just what we were looking for to handle our sale Mike knows his market, communicated well, went over and above with loose ends and communication at the time when there were interested parties.
