Are any of these 5 star reviews real?? I doubt it!!! what you are doing, is in my opinion, criminal BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!! Make no mistake About it, this Company is set up to rip you off. THERE Are allot of FAKE 5 STAR REVIEWS, that Omega, themselves, have posted up here. They have absolutely no integrity. Their strategy is to take it upon themselves to do SAFETY CHECKS, which is to poke around your house and tell you that there are urgent repairs that need to be addressed, which they can do, at many times the cost of any other plumber, right there and then. They try to scare you into doing these repairs, by telling you that there will be a major catastrophe if they do not. THEY ARE LYING TO YOU. This is a con. Whatever you do, get a second opinion. Their whole business model is around scamming you. I've been told by a local plumber 1. Omega has a very bad reputation. 2. 98% of their business is one off - due to being ripped off. 3. The Guy that owns the Company gets allot of angry customers ringing him up - but is not there very often. And, just bought his Wife a $200,000 Car BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!! BEWARE RIP OFF!!!

I have used Omega Home Services for a couple of years now and have never been disappointed with the service. The staff in the office are friendly and extremely helpful ditto the technicians. Always courteous with a phone call prior to the appointment. Their workmanship is outstanding. I can't fault Omega in any way, just a great company to deal with and I will continue to do so. PS Tom from the Netherlands was excellent, professional and thorough in his evaluation of my home. Omega Home Services... you rock !!

Chris the electrician was very helpful. Had a bit of a challenge diagnosing the issue but it is a very old home. The solution he came up with in the end was very good and made sure everything was in order after they had finished. The accounts lady, Renae was very helpful even though they had some challenges with their accounts system.

THIEVES, ROBBERS, $12,000 to dig a hole. approximately $200 in materials. DO NOT use this company. I used Webb plumbing who charged me $5800... Thanks to some honesty and homework I saved over half. DON'T get stung. Omega even made me sign an invalid contract which I ripped up... cheers

Never use Omega service! They supplied a new hot water system for us and charged $3100 on 2016. The system is a faulty system and intermittently stop working in 12 months time. Their staff just checked it but did not fix the problem. Now they said the gas valve and Thermocaple are faulty and they will charge other $1250 to replace the faulty parts because these parts only have 12 months warranty. If their staff can change these parts at first time when we reported the problem, it will be still in warranty period. This hot water system is a disaster! The staff of Omega is irresponsible.
