My husband and I were referred to Olympia Express Travel by a friend. We contacted the agency and were assisted by Jimmy S. Jimmy was so pleasant, professional, and easy to work with. He helped us plan our dream trip to Greece. Throughout the entire process he kept us informed and gave great recommendations. We are so happy to report that our trip exceeding our expectations. Thank you for such a great experience. We thoroughly enjoyed Athens, Crete, Santorini, and Naxos. Infact, we our looking to plan our next vacation with Jimmy and Olympia Express. There are so many islands in Greece to explore that provide all the splendor and charm without being too touristy. I absolutely fell in love with Naxos though.

Chris was a pleasure to work with, and he got us a great deal on our first family trip to Greece.  We highly recommend them for the convenience and the value was amazing.  They found very fairly priced tickets for an extremely easy flight!

They were able to find us reasonable flights better than what we could find on our own, amazing hotels, rental cars, and tours, all within two weeks of travel. Working with Chris was fantastic.  He helped book a 9 person trip to Greece, including islands.  He shared expertise along the way and I feel very confident in the trip we booked.  I'll work with Olympia again.

In 2017 Olympia put together an absolutely fantastic big family trip for us with stops in Athens, Napflio, Olympia, Santorini and Mykonos.  Everything from the schedule/itinerary to the accommodations were perfect.  So of course when we were planning to go back we called them again.  This time we added a little wrinkle at the beginning of the trip with a stop in Liverpool and London, before going to Santorini and Rhodes.  To add a further wrinkle, after the trip was set I decided to make a change to the middle of the itinerary.  The airlines of course wanted to charge an unreasonable amount for the change penalty.  Chris went to work to get the penalty knocked down to a reasonable amount that I could live with.  Thanks a ton Chris!

My family/I have used this service for a long time...over 20 years. They have helped me and my friends as well. I appreciate the assistance. But unsure if I will pass down tradition.  That being said...being based In the US I expect better communication and customer support. Communication is subpar when something goes wrong. Improve customer service. Tickets are helpful, but the actual support is lacking. Also was an issue not me with transfers and timing 45 min for a massive German airport.

Every once in awhile your receive truly outstanding and commendable service. You feel that you can really trust the service provider and know that they will have your best interest in mind and any mishaps will be swiftly taken care of.  Olympia Travel and their agent Monica B. DOES NOT fall into the truly outstanding category when it comes to service.  Let's start with the only positive of this transaction, my wife and I booked a trip with a group of 26 other family and friends for a vow renewal in Punta Cana, DR.  We booked through Monica and payment collection was swift and straightforward. She also heeded us to purchase travel insurance.  Upon our return, Frontier Airlines cancelled our flight. We scrambled to book return travel as Frontier could not guarantee a flight until after Christmas. We booked and were set to go.  A company's true colors come out when things go wrong, such as in our case. An exceptional company should provide customer exceptional customer service in situations where things do not go as planned. At the very least, you as the customer should feel that the company is working with you, rather than against you.  Rather than boring you with the details regarding the refund. I'll let the objective dates do the talking. Frontier processed a refund to Apple vacations on 12/22. Monica told us that Apple would refund the money and they would refund us within 7 business days:  An email from Monica sent on 12/22: "I spoke to Apple and they told me the refund would be processed within approximately 7 business days and they will send our agency a check. When received we will then issue a check to you."  Between December 22nd and February 14th, our group sent several emails to Monica asking for updates regarding our refund. She constantly deferred to Apple Vacations and, in turn, Apple Vacations would state that they could not disclose information because the trip was booked through a travel agency.  Ultimately, on February 14th, we received notification from Monica that Apple Vacations would refund us the money directly to our credit card. Note: Monica repeatedly told us that the refund would be processed through the travel agency.  Additionally, there was a mix-up and we were refunded our tickets and another couple's tickets. We then had to send in a credit authorization form to return the additional fund.  In total, it took 60 days 12/22/16 - 02/20/17 to process this refund and we had to request updates once promised deadlines were not met. To me, this is unacceptable.  I was left wondering why anyone would book through a travel agent and why the profession has not gone the way of the long extinct dodo. Needless to say, my wife, our family, friends, and me will never use Olympia Express again.

Chris is amazing in finding the best itinerary with the best price, fewer stops and luggage always included! Highly recommend!!!!
