Forgot my metrocard on the bus so I went to the info centre to try and purchase a new one. Once I mentioned to the man behind the counter that I had lost my old card, he seamlessly transferred the account over to a new one for me! Very pleased by this friendly and helpful service!

Limited services but staff try to be helpful All directed to online services Printed timetables are kept behind glass counter only.

They spent 3 months refebishing one of the interior walls and you can't see a zac of difference.

Great place to sort out metro cards

I cannot praise the bus drivers enough as I was stuck in Adelaide released from hospital with no phone or Metro Card and disorientated. The staff did everything to deliver me back to Murray Bridge and to my door step. I cannot express my thanks enough. Keep up the good work

took my cash but didn't put credit on my metro card. Funny machines. Staff inpatient and rude.

Extremely rude service by the woman with red hair at the info centre desk about 4:30 today. She should not work in customer service and is very rude.

Great history in this place the railway employees are so helpful and friendly would like to see some more shops of interest open on sunday
