I am writing to express my concerns about a recent incident experienced at your Macquarie Shopping Centre store. I would like to bring to your attention the fact that I received extremely poor customer service about two weeks ago.

I went to your store to buy a suit for my nephew for my wedding, he said the suit fit for him and want to wear it until we go home, it was around 8pm in the evening. Because we are not 100% sure if the suit fit him, we asked the staff and she said we can return in 30 days, At that time, she knew my little nephew would wear the suit and we told the staff he didn't want to take off, then she helped to cut the tags off (she didn't mention any policy to us before cutting the tags off).

After that, I drove my nephew to home directly and his grandma told us the suit was too small to fit and then took the suit off and kept in the bag. Due to being really busy preparing my wedding, I brought the suit back to store after two weeks and the other staff told us we can't return it back because the tag has been cut off. We tried to tell her it was someone else who cut off the tags and didn't tell us the policy, then she said to us" i can't do nothing, this is just my causal job, you have to speak to my manger".

So I called the store manager today and told her the whole story, she said she can't do the exchange for us because of the policy and skin healthy etc, so i have two concerns here:

1. If this is something about the skin healthy, how can I know the suit we bought is brand new one? Does it mean you will not give the suit to anyone else if it has been try-on but has been bought by customer?

2. Actually my nephew just wore the suit from the shop to home directly after shopping and then took it off and kept it in the bag.

3. Your staff cut off the tags and didn't tell us the policy, otherwise I wouldn't ask my nephew to wear the suit to go home.

4. After I said it was your staff's mistake to the store manager, and she replied " Do you want me to fire her and ask her to lost the job, will you be happy with that", I think it is very rude to a customer and tell them to fire the staff who made the mistake if which can make customer happy.

I hope to hear back from you about this incident soon.
