I like the iced / hot chocolate from Oliver brown. This was my first time to visit this store and I tried the pink choc and choc mountain sundae instead. Both of them look great. The pink choc is nice, but the brownie sundae is really disappointing. Won’t order that again.

Very very poor service. Specially the blonde asian girl is extremely rude. When we asked to confirm if the coffee order was correct or not she literally dropped the coffee in our table. Never going back here again

Stay away from.this one..  Omg had to send back the food.. not somewhere I shall ever go back to again. Was really disappointed as oliver brown normally has a good rep..

Great service, great coffee

Great inside/outside seating, fast, efficient & friendly service.

Worse experience ever , and yes this is not fake , place is dirty , floor is awful , untidy. Worse customer service , received half of my order wrong and the staff she was on her mobile phone while making my order. And I called Oliver brown to make a complaint and no one picked up.

A reasonable Hot Choccie, although staff not with it.
