It was a wonderful experience with this outlet. We had a kitkat Chiller her and it was really nice Chilling, feels good in hot summer day. I really appraise the customer service. They are so kind to all their customers and helps to select the best for us as per our test. Thank you guys.
Coffee is good but between the masks and perspex shields, staff really need to speak up.
If I could give this place a 0 star I would have. Most disgusting experience and so tight with money. The two mangers have the most disgusting attitude. friendly when u pay and disgusting if there an issue with the coffee!

Rude behaviour while asking to use my pointsfor free coffee.We earned the points by drinking Gloria jeans coffee but they behave like we asking for a coffee from their pocket money.i wish there was 0 star option for their behaviour.
If there was option for O, I would give no star for the bad customer service.I don't know if she was manger or owner but she was very rude.
Bought 2 coffees and asked for an extra cup, such a rude group of Chinese workers who run the shop replied no we don't give extra cups, very rude behaviour, will never buy coffee from this place.
I get morning tea at the merrylands one, they never clean the table, every time u ask to clean the table they only give u a dry tissue to wipe the table, all they care about is the sales. Most of the times u will see dirty dishes or leftovers on the table sitting there waiting for a customer to clean it. Pls do something about it????
Worst customer service when asking for sign up rewards drink.It’s the service given by Gloria jeans itself but when we try to use it they show unpleasant behavior.
