The name makes you expect more. Coffee taste is below average same as the pastries. Service is not really friendly. Place is nice to sit, but a bit too narrow to sit.
High end price, low end food and service! Food just bad, waste of location! Staffs like day dreaming, first ever ice coffee is warm, a tiny bit of smile would be nice! Gloria jeans is way better!
I like the ambience and the look & feel of the place but the service could be improved, waited 20 minutes for some water.
One of the worst burgers I’ve ever been served. Terribly overpriced and the food was obviously not fresh. In a city of good service and fresh produce, this would be an example of a place to avoid.
You go to the QVB for something special right. I was very disappointed today. The strudel was huge, old and stodgy. I was asked if I wanted cream with it and ended up with a lump of fake cream from a can. The coffee was in a tiny cup. What a waste of money.
Nice atmosphere. Good range of food to select from. Reasonable prices.
Nice place, easy to get in and out, two coffees and two Apple strudels cost me more than $40....
Overpriced and very poor quality food. More like a tourist trap since it’s in QVB. Cakes are about $15 which I am sure they don’t even bake. Scones also taste like factory made. Coffee is ok.
OMG the chicken schnitzel I'm sure was from Woolworths. Terrible and way over priced. Eat elsewhere. Don't waste your money
$15 for a slice of cake. Give me a break!
