I had a disappointing experience with their customer service. It felt like the staff were overwhelmed and unsure of how to assist customers effectively. Instead of providing help, they seemed to be running away from any interactions. I would highly recommend improving their training and approach to customer service. VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I honestly don’t see why they deserve 2.7 star ratings. Came here on Friday and got an IPad, MacBook and a screen protector. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Quite a large store and a lot of parking available on the premises

Was refused a refund for a bogus policy that was seemingly store-enforced. I asked elsewhere and it turns out I was eligible for a refund, they are just either malicious, incompetent or both.nnThe manager also confirmed that I indeed could not get a refund for my situation. The website's policy does not reflect this and other officeworks stores do not follow what they said. Very bad at their job.

Exceptional customer service from both staff members, Marina and Onel. I visited officeworks last friday evening to print some flyers and were very impressed by these two employees. They were extremely helpful, suggested various options and conducted themselves professionally. They did not rush me and were very well mannered

Took an hour to print photos as their computers kept stuffing up. At the end they didn’t give me the correct order, nor did they apologise at all. Extremely displeased with the customer service
