I came in over the weekend and was served by Elias. I had an issue with a product I purchased then he clearly explained what options I had and I was happy with the outcome. The overall experience was pleasant and memorable
I recently came across BCF’s ‘CHRISTMAS SEASON RETURNS’ policy, which promised a 60-day change of mind return for December 2023 purchases, provided the item is returned in its original, as-new condition with tags, packaging, and proof of purchase. Excited by this, I bought a reel and rod. However, when I attempted to exchange it for a more expensive reel,but the manager Ben refused, claiming it wasn’t in brand new condition despite the policy stating otherwise. Ben’s refusal and rudeness left me disappointed. There is not even one scratch on it. It is in as new condition just as the policy says. Thanks

Wow!!! Couldn’t be happier!! Phillip at BCF Wetherill Park went above and beyond to help me out with a lifesaving Dometic Inverter to run my CPAP Machine so I can sleep in my truck before I have to drive from Sydney to Adelaide overnight. Thankyou Phillip and BCF!! LEGENDS!!!
