Needed some tech for work!nDidn’t listen to what I was asking for, put the blame on me. Sold me product, had to ask management if I was allowed refund before buying product.nProduct didn’t work.nDemanded all personal details prior to refunding. Didn’t bother checking in as to why didn’t work. Basically was told bad luck!nOrdinary service, ordinary attitude.

I’m a 70 year old, still got my teeth and my marbles,but I’m technically challenged. I recently tried to a copy of a receipt of I purchase I made nearly 3 years ago, no we couldn’t find it. I didn’t remember the exact month, so I was inspired by the young girl there to dig through my emails. I found it, and phoned the young lady to thank her , for her diligence.nI recommend Officeworks to everyone, who are looking for quality, and customer satisfaction.
