Totally unreliable for any print services and efficient fast action on things. There are staff just all do everything else but serve customers. Only. I observed that there were three out at least 6 staff were helping with printing even though there was a significant line. Always a line at printing services and there is also Something Not working see picture. The laminator wasn't working but this had not been reflected in the website.
I came in to take a look at the laptop 2-3 times and the staff who is responsible does not help me. It is the same person. I was here and ready to get a laptop, yesterday, he served the person came after me, I think it is because I looked like a student and the person looked like he got social status. I understand sometimes it happened but I already walked in and took a look for 2-3 days. Someone did came and serve me after I asked, he was really nice.nnI eventually get a better one with good deal on their website. More options and clear description.nnNice amount of printers here.
I want to sincerely thank Ain for her outstanding customer service. I had been struggling for almost 50 minutes trying to print my documents using the self-service printer. During that time, two other staff members saw that I was having difficulty, but I received very little assistance. When I asked for help, one simply told me to try sending the document again and didn’t follow up, leaving me still unable to print.nnI then approached Ain, who was clearly much busier than the other staff, helping several customers at once. Despite being under pressure, she politely told me she would come and help as soon as she was available. True to her word, she came over, patiently resolved the issue, and did so with such a kind, professional, and positive attitude.nnAin is a great example of what excellent customer service looks like. She stayed calm under pressure, kept her promise, and genuinely cared about helping. Thank you, Ain—you made a very frustrating experience much easier.
Just want to give a shoutout to the staff’s I think his name is Finnigan IIRC customer service!! We went in the store to get help for printing our wedding menus and they went above and beyond to help us, plus they maintain courteous and nice despite the circumstances printer not working. They were very reassuring, nice, and helpful towards us minus one stars because printer was not working properly
I went to officeworks in Glebe and needed something done urgently within 48hrs. I went to the printing counter at 7am Tuesday told them about the situation and was informed it takes a minimum of 78 hours to get one banner printed. Tried to ask if there was any chance to get something expedited, was bluntly interrupted and told no.nnWalked out, drove straight to Pitt st and went to the printing counter where I was met by Edin. I told him of the situation and he was more than happy to help.nnLong story short, thanks to Edin I was able to get everything done by the deadline and was able to focus my attention on other things that needed to be done.nnThanks Edin
