I'm surprised to read some of the negative reviews. My experience was very positive! Whilst browsing for a couple of different things, I was approached by at least three staff members asking me if they could be of assistance. They were very friendly and most helpful. It was reasonably busy, but even when I approached a salesperson to ask after a laptop, he went out of his way to assist.nThis is a large store with an excellent selection of products, including office furniture. It was well visited as most parking spots were filled so there are obviously lots of satisfactory customers . BTW, it's easy enough to park on the BCF side and walk across if you can't find a park.
Pretty disappointed with the service today in the printing area. Happy with my own printing but observed multiple rude interactions between staff member Jose and customers. He was being very unhelpful and short-tempered with customers wanting to get printing or find out what the printing options available are. I can see previous reviews about this staff member and wonder whether any sort of customer service training has been provided. It doesn't hurt to be kind.

Old lady staff member specifically biased on customer. Wednesday 5 Fed around 12:40pm on the second counter from right.nnWe went to Officeworks Marion shop to return our not fitted product, we bought from a day ago, I was told my refund had to be split between the original gift card and my payment card, and the returned gift card is only available to use in Officeworks, we think it was inconvenient and unfair. When we made payment, we use a gift card from Coles which is support to use in multi stores not only officeworks, but that lady staff mention the refund gift card is only available to use in Officeworks.nnI had nothing to help at that time because I didn’t bring the bank card when placing the order and that lady staff shows up a very strong personal biases on me.nnWhen I returned on the next day 6 February, a different staff member refunded the entire amount to my bank card without any issues, this bank card is not that one we made payment to here but we are still available to use that bank card for funds return which is really good. Thank you!nnThis inconsistency left me frustrated and feeling like the initial treatment was unfair. I am not sure what things I did wrong to made that lady so much biased on me and cause the inconvenience to us.nnI hope the store can provide more consistent customer service in the future.
A huge thankyou to Jessie and Shadin for their exceptional customer service when I was buying a mobile phone for my mum who has hearing issues. Jessie went above and beyond to make sure mobile phone I purchased would be suitable! This type of customer service makes you go back to that particular store! 11/10
