Do not go here. Their offer of a $20 discount if you join the mailing list is false. Never received a voucher via email as promised. Spoke to the girl in store who just shrugged her shoulders and said you’ll need to speak to BCF…I’m standing in BCF. No help at all. Don’t advertise something if you’re not going to do.

Went there with our broke Camping stove. I was about to buy a new one when this one employee came out of nowhere and repaired it. Took him 15 min. He was so friendly and we didn't need to pay for anything. If all people would be like him the world would be a better place...thanks mate

Poor Customer Service - went specifically to purchase a Lure asked lady at the front desk for assistance as lures were locked. Was told someone would be with us shortly and despite others wandering around and the lady at the front being on her phone after 10 mins still no one came to help. Ended up leaving without purchasing.

I just needed to get in and out very quickly, as I knew what I needed. The ladies there were very friendly and helpful without dragging out the experience.
