Oceanview Dental

I recently attended Ocean View Dental for a check-up and was extremely pleased with my experience! After moving to the area from across town I was apprehensive about having to find a new dentist, but I found the dentist and the staff at Ocean View Dental to be very kind, caring and professional. Dr. Kanter was very patient and spent a lot of time with me explaining the ins and outs of my mouth. I am very relieved to have found a new dentist that I can feel comfortable with. :)

Our family had our first visit to Ocean View Dental clinic and it was relaxing and for the children fun! Thank you Dr Anna and staff for making my girls first dental visit a good experience. And thank you for taking the time to listen to me and my previous experiences from other dentists. You were thorough and you cared. We will see you again.

With a raging toothache I rang, went to message bank left name and phone number as requested. Rang an hour later after no call back, again went to message bank....... Thought perhaps it was aTelstra issue explaining why no response. Drove to surgery, receptionist suggested she was possibly on another call and didn't seem to understand why my message was not replied to. couldn't fit me in today anyway......I won't be going back. So much for wanting to support a local. I am sticking with my old but efficient dentist.

I will not be going back there. Quoted 2 sessions for cleaning only to learn my treatment was not finished and I need more treatment. I feel that I was lied to.I have been emailed..phoned and hounded by these people that I need to go back and today, I was asked if I wanted a yearly checkup...I was there 6 months ago....what dentist does that? Obviously out for money.

Well today I had what teeth I had left removed by Dr Kanter & Co. I opted for sedation dentistry and the sedation was administered by Dr Lam. Not a pleasant thing to have done but I have nothing but high praise indeed for the staff that attended me. Sedation/sleep dentistry is the only way to fly if you are a tad apprehensive...I recall absolutely nothing of the entire procedure. So my sincere thanks to Suzy, Tayla, Dr Lim and Dr Kanter.
